Today we have a free day. In the morning we had a team photo shoot for sponsors and new cards for the fans. On the bike we were only an hour, and also indulged coffee and pancake. Now resting at the swimming pool and can not wait for dinner.

Week deserving free ... = NO BIKE!

So, finally I was 13th. It was a beautiful, interesting race. 190 km and nearly 3,000 height meter on 17 laps, speak for themselves. With the performance and the result I'm happy, when taken into account the fact that I have till thismoment net so much races.

Tomorrow, the last real workout before the Championship in Olomouc. I plan to 6 hours with some burst and a pair of intervals on a hill. I hope Ivan Rybařík will go with me, to run away faster. Then I'll just ride a bike till Sunday. I feel good, but yet I did not have much race, so a little worry in the high intensities.
