Training camp on Mallorca

Training camp on Mallorca surpassed my expectations. As you probably already brought it to my team KDL trans Landbowkredit is in conjunction with Nys Landbouwkredit KDL Trans. And so we have most in common actions. Sven is a great professional and it is very inspiring him to pursue his approach to most things. And not just for me, and for other young riders in the team which is the majority. Therefore, there was a team largely composed of professional and friendly atmosphere.

Training were very good, is no longer focused on volume, we rode power blocks, intervals and sprints. Despite that, we rode for about 1200 km 9days, the two free days. Sometimes he joined us Zdeňek Štybar and Kevin de Weert, who is preparing for TDF. 
 
Unfortunately, I did the last training session and blocked the back so now I mostly work on it, so I can train fully again. Why not join me, unfortunately, a very popular criterion in Pardubice. 
 
The first races this year in the summer season they graduate, they are dependent on the recovery. I hope that we will be next Wednesday in Pilsen, if not now so hopefully the following Wednesday, May 11 Tábor in the circuit.
